Tsomgo Lake, known as Tsomgo Lake or Changu Lake, is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim. The oval shaped glacial lake is stretched around 60.5 acre. Maximum length of the lake is 2743 feet and has a maximum width of 1401 feet, having 15 feet depth. This awesome high altitude lake magnifies its beauty by reflecting surrounded hills on the water. Tsomgo remains 4-5 snow cladded and frozen in winter upto march and offers different scenic beauty.
How to reach:
Reach Gangtok, distance of Gangtok from Siliguri is around 125kms, from Darjeeling 98kms. Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake 35 Kms, road is very steep.

Gangtok, Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir, Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary – 10kms further up, Tseten Tashi Cave – nearly 1km ahead
