Zuluk is a hamlet located at foothills of Himalayas in East Sikkim. The famous Zig-Zag road of Old Slik Route starts upward from Zuluk. This place is close to India-China border. Tourist stays here for accommodation before taking high-altitude roads of Silk Route. Tourists enjoy spectacular view of sun rays illuminating from snow covered Kanchenjungha peak at Zuluk. Zuluk has been making Old Silk Route tour more popular among tourists.
How to reach:
Siliguri or Bagdogra to Kalimpong or Gangtok; Kalimpong to Zuluk it takes around 3.5 hrs, approx 87 Km. Gangtok to Zuluk is around 78Km, takes around 3.5 hrs.
